Fortune House is a Chinese restaurant that unites traditional and authentic Chinese cuisine, with a young and modern twist. As brand manager, I implemented a new brand identity that transformed the once mom-and-pop nature of the restaurant, into a fun and eclectic environment.
Adopting a friendly approach to our marketing, I portrayed our establishment as a guest's introductory step to traditional Chinese cuisine. Capturing the vibrant and playful nature of Chinese food while staying true to the authenticity of the culinary practices allowed a diverse demographic to be excited about rediscovering their love for Chinese cuisine.
